Memory errors. After 3 days I dont have any support. This is a normal situation?

They should replace the RAM if you have given them the test report. Submit a ticket.

24/06/2016 i did:
1. Create ticket in panel ( eu.soyoustart.com/manager/ - 24/06/2016 19:38 )
2. Write e-mail ( soyoustart.com/ie/contact-customer-services.xml - 24/06/2016 )

For this moment (after 3 days) I dont have any support.
No response, nothing.

This is a normal situation?
