Broken dedicated server

I would give them a call. Alternatively, fire up the IPMI and see if you can see anything obvious on the console.

I have had this before too and rather than ticket them, I just booted to an sysrecue ISO and formatted the disks first then tried the reinstall which worked. Not ideal but worth a shot.

I'm not really sure what the problem is but I got the server like this and want to actually use it. Funny how they detect a fault and then don't detect it...I don't really know what to do now. Any help is appreciated, thanks.
