Hi

I am unable to see the ticket as this is managed by a different department however for the server the disk should be shown on the top left side under rescue mode.

If the disk isn't showing it would suggest the drives are defective.

Please try to make backups if possible.

In the ticket please provide smart logs and indicate that you have performed backups where possible.

We will look to replace the disk in the server and confirm this with yourself in the ticket.
