2 things:
- if you want a help, http://forum.ovh.com since you said you are french
and you live in Paris
- this server is using for full

Max Out: 97.5 Mb/s Average Out: 46.2 Mb/s Current Out: 26.3 Mb/s
Max In: 42.3 Mb/s Average In: 5503.9 kb/s Current In: 1653.8 kb/s
I do have a place in Paris, do not speak French very well. Never said i am French. Is it a problem if as an English guy I'm more comfortable on an UK forum? Support is suppose to help people.

Second, the few files that are in the server's ftp are accessible late at night, and thats the ONLY time when the packet loss is not happening, and i can actually log into my server. I can use the ftp during the day, but have to have 10+ connections of 20KB/s to actually have some kind of use. Is that what I am supposed to tell to my business associates around the world? Should i tell them NOT TO try to download the files during certain parts of the day? I can hardly ping my server during the daytime!

Last time i asked you to help me, you apologized and said that you've had my server setup wrongly. You've fixed it. What is it now? Is it because im in noSLA mode or what? this is absolutely outrageous! I did not get this for free... I am paying for my server, but that doesnt include the support?!

It sucks that all of the sudden, the service went from great to crap...
I'm paying for this server, you know... I would really appreciate SOME help from the ovh people... or at least a response for a start.

Thank you.

@milanyc: I pinged your sever and got no packet loss. It may be the route from Europe to America that's the problem.

@Spac3: I'm also with Virgin Media as my ISP(I'm in Scotland), and pinged your server(s) with no packet loss.

I always get full download speeds via ftp.

@BELLonline: That's a horrendous ping time.
@phillip: Are you purposely ignoring the fact that im getting timeouts inside the OVH routers, or you simply have no idea how to read and understand the tracerts? I'm not worried about 200ms spikes throughout the trace route, but the actual packet loss.

IM at the moment in the usa, but ive been having great ftp speeds for the past week. That has nothing to do. If you take time to look at the tracert, you will realize that the route is fine until it enters the OVH routers.

I cant really update the network drivers since im using Ubuntu Desktop. Not sure how to do that.

Try updating your NIC drivers if they are not the lastest. If using Windows, do this through Windows update.
