Forgot login password, requested reset but no email

Thanks, but that doesn't work, says unable to start procedure. I don't think the phones are being answered today. Is there another option?

The password reset is to be submitted at:

https://www.ovh.com/manager

Please use your OVH ID which would be similar to:

AB12345-ovh

The password will be sent to the primary email address.

You should receive the email in a few minutes, if not, please contact support via the telephone.

I've forgotten my login password, I requested a reset a few days ago and no email turned up - having the same problem today.
