Hi
Your order was for the CPU of:
http://ark.intel.com/products/80910/...Hz?q=e3-1231v3
The CPU which we assigned you on the server is:
http://ark.intel.com/products/75779/...Hz?q=e5-1620v2
The CPU which you currently have is more powerful than the one listed on the website.
I understand that v3 is typically better than a v2 however the processor we assigned you has a higher clock speed and L3 cache.
Thanks
Danny
Just incase you can't find the ticket (it's registered as a Dutch account), the ticket number is 4449095000.
Hi
I will check your ticket and the server directly. I will update you as soon as possible.
Thanks
Danny
Hello Dani,
We have called the support team in Ireland, they said they would contact the dedicated server team and they would replace the current CPU with the correct one. That was a couple of days ago, still no change. We have also submitted a ticket.

If anything can be done, it would be greatly appriciated.

Hi
The server for SP-32 should have the CPU of:
Intel Xeon E3-1231v3 4cores/8threads 3.4 GHz/3.8 GHz
If this isn't the case, please submit a ticket with the server and we will review this for you.
Thanks
Danny
Your best bet would be to contact them in regards to this and see what they say. If your invoice states that you purchased the server with the E3-1231v3 processor then generally you should be receiving it.
Hello,
I have ordered a SP-32 machine which normally comes with a E3-1231v3, however when the server came online I noticed that it had a E5 1620v2 which is a lot worse than the advertised CPU I suposed to have gotten.
Can I do anything about this, or do I just have to roll with this?
Regards,
Conner
