Hi. I'm checking the order page for SYS-IP-1 and some other, and looks like you only can choose country, but not datacenter; that means, so you choose the server to be setup in Canada (BHS) or in France (RBX/SBG/GRA, first available). Anyway, latency between French datacenters is not really high: 2ms between RBX and SBG, and 10ms between RBX and GRA.

You can PING, run speed test, and download test file from the following locations, according to each datacenter:

http://bhs.proof.ovh.net
http://rbx.proof.ovh.net
http://gra.proof.ovh.net
http://sbg.proof.ovh.net

BTW, if you can't find a suitable server on SYS, either due to specs or due to availability, check the OVH Hosting ranges, which are some of the cheapest servers OVH has, they have good specs(equal or higher than SYS), and are new or almost new hardware(SYS tends to be hardware with some more usage)

Thanks for the links, but lower ping is better when online gaming and VoIP. I wonder if Soyoustart staff can share some light on the question

Hi Support,

I was wondering if any SYS-IP-1S servers will be avaiable at gravelines before the end of the month, so I can take advantage of the free Setup cost.

I current have a OLD kimsufi on OVH which is under powered now really for what I use it for. So I want to move to So you start, with the SYS-IP-1S server.

Also is there a IP I can ping to test latecy of RBX and GRA
