Hi. The delivery time counts only after the account is validated. Also, server deliveries are performed on working hours.

If you send the documents for validation yesterday, you should have your account validated today or tomorrow; After that, you should get your server quickly.

I believe this should be posted on another area of the forum, but I cannot post in there for some reason. I ordered a dedicated server last night and have provided the additional documents required for it, however I am still unable to access my server. It is not showing up in the control panel. Could someone please check the status of my order? I am yet to have a reply back via email. The order no. is 56393852. I was originally under the impression that it would take 120 seconds for me to have my server.
