2 years is enough. I will consider it.
Thanks a lot for the valuable feedback.

Hi. My experience with OVH is fairly good. Over the years, with different servers, I've had the following incidents:
- Power connector failure
- Motherboard failure
- General connection loss on the Canadian datacenter for about 8 hours
- Node restart from time to time on old VPS Classic
The first two problems are common hardware problems, nothing to worry about. The third one was a real problem, cause by the break of an optic fiber near a lake, if I remember well. At that time, the Canadian datacenter trusted heavily on a single fiber, while having others with less capacity only for backup. Since then, other fibers have been implemented, so currently, even if some fiber broke, it shouldn't be a problem. French datacenters are more mature, specially Roubaix, so there should be no problem there. The last problem, even when not desirable, is part of a high availability environment: when a node fails, VPS is restarted into another node.
Up to there, everything is Ok. now the bad part: the tech support.
I place orders with OVH Spain, but, due to timezone difference, I usually call Canada or France for support; all of them are almost the same. The most common problem is the people you talk with can do nothing about your problem: they are just some sort of typist, who reports the problem in the internal support system so, at some time, a tech can take a look at it. That often makes everything slower, which is specially troublesome on time-critical issues.
But, to be sincere, in 4 or 5 years I've been with OVH, I may have called about 10 times. I usually try to solve and diagnose any problem before calling support.
Also, a problem I've never had, but some had: all OVH services are unmanaged (VPS, Dedicated, Public/Private Cloud), so don't expect to get assistance from OVH on how to perform server configuration. Many users turn really angry because of this, as they erroneously expected to get such help from OVH.
I am interested in purchasing cloud services and possibly VPS in near future.
I learnt about OVH service through their website.
Just wanted to know about their customer service especially post sales support and technical support from a member who have used its services.
Also if you guys have any other suggestions or tips, please share.
I will really appreciate it.
Thank you in advance.
