I ordered a server last Friday, at approximately 11pm and since that time it has been displaying "We check your order manually". I am starting to grow inpatient as it is now the 3rd day without my service when I could have been working on my plans. i understand that it states on the website that support is Monday - Friday but I was hoping, after sending a support ticket 2 days ago, that the forums might be a better place to go after witnessing support staff reply to forum posts on the weekend.
