Did any of you solve the issue, I'm having the same problems. SYS just wont reply.

I'm having some problem. It's very terrible support.
my server been down since friday I have left number of tickets nothing but when a sla log goes up they closed the ticket with in seconds funny init and my server is a dedicated server

What were you contacting them about? They shut their general support over the weekend and monday was a public holiday. The onhly time you get through when they are shut is when it is an outage or hardware failiure.
