I just had the commercial support over the phone. The guy told me there's a max 24 hours delivery delay after the payment.

Hi all,
I ordered a RPS yesterday around 8pm and it's still not delivered. The order status seems to be stuck on 'in progress' for the 'iscsi RPS installation' line. (order number is 4815275 ).
How long does it take to deliver an RPS ?
