If you haven't paid for it, you can just let the order expire. No action is taken on OVH side while the order is unpaid.

Thanks for replying, the money was deducted from paypal, but is in Hold stage pending, it's already been 10 hours i get no reply on tickets.
Do you know how long does it takes to expire?
