I've noticed in recent weeks that my transfer speeds have dropped significantly, I routinely get 10-20% of what it used to be.
Monitoring the traffic, downloading from my SYS server seems to cycle from 200-400KiB/s for 30-45 seconds to 2.8-3MiB/s for 10-15 seconds, and then repeats. It has always had this cycling behaviour, but I was getting 5-10x those speeds before.

Has anyone else noticed this?
