i have looked at several "HowTos" on how to setup servers in vrack with private ips, and i have tried unknown amounts of different ways, and i can still not get it to work

vrack would be located on my eth3 ports of my servers, with public IPs on eth2

i have even tried the most basic of them all, and still i cannot ping anything except the the servers own interfaces..

could someone please write exact what i need to do to get it working?

You sure you have actually added the servers to the vrack? I've made that mistake a few times.
