Sad to see that. But thats how it should be to cancel the server, You can simply let the server expire and they will consider it as cancelled. Not sure why they are asking you to pay for the server again.
[URGENT] Server expired and HUGE problem, ERROR in facture, FAULTY billing system

So as OVH suport seems to be REALLY busy or simply ignoring my tickets and when they reply all what it was that i need to pay for something i do not have, so this is what happens to me.
I got 2 servers.
But i let one expire at 10 September
The other one i keep and it was running great but only UNTIL the time the next bill facture come.
In that facture was ALSO my expired server which expired 10 September.
So in my facture is still the expired server which i am FORCED to renew from 10-September to 09-October, so DO I NEED TO PAY FOR SOMETHING I DO NOT HAVE?!!!!!!!! WAKE UP!!!!!
But the problem begins there! If i do not pay that facture which include expired server my second runnng server which i want to keep will also be shut down TOO lol because of not paid facture!!!!!
The second problem is that they also SHUT DOWN my second server i want to keep, the only option i got in mail they send was to RENEW that server i want, so I DID. now the server expire in 14-December lol, i over paid it because of that f*cking error in facture where is still my expired server.
The third problem is that after renew my server that i want to keep they send me AGAIN mail they will shut down the server if i do not credit account for price that include expired server !!!!!!!!
In the next 4 hours my running server will be shut downed EVEN its renewed UNTIL 14-December due TO BG ERROR IN BILLING SYSTEM
DO I REALLY NEED TO SPEND MONEY FOR SOMETHING I DO NOT OWN/HAVE?
DO I REALLY GOING LOST SERVER DUE TO IGNORANCE OR BILLING ERROR?
EVEN I PRE-PAID MY SERVER UNTIL 14-DEC ITS GOING BE SHUT DOWN IN NEXT 24 HRS DUE I DO NOT PAY FOR EXPIRED SERVER?
