Hello everyone,

My server has had issue for 3 days now. I cannot connect via windows remote login and i suspect the server is stuck in rescue mode. Unfortunately clicking the NetBoot button just shows a popup with "Loading..." and never actually loads so im unable to change it to HHD.

I submitted 2 tickets and an email to SYS but nothing back.

Is this normal for SYS to ignore customers.

Does anyone else know how to get in touch like a live chat or Skype support?

Or does anyone know how i can change the netboot to HHD without going via the SYS control panel
