Yes many times and fail. The only solution is to call them and explain in on the phone. They first lie that is going to take care but you need call them like 4 times to actually DO something. I have never seen such lazy support. After all why do they offer such option like 'no renewal' if its useless since almost 2 years !

Have you tried removing the IPs from the Manager? Or contacting support?

SYS is still forcing the clients to keep the extra IPs every single month !!
If you select 'no renewal' you will still get the extra IP on the invoice. This company is abusing their clients and takes no action to solve the problem .
