Also check that your IP is correct on the the verify site and that it is the same via root command

You did pay for it - that option shows a 1 month cPanel license for £24.99 - may be it needs someone at OVH to activate it. This is a proper license and not a trial.

Have you checked the status of your license at http://verify.cpanel.net?

I didn't know OVH offered cPanel licenses, and at £24.99 they seem a bit expensive by about £3 a month. I have a EG Max and when I signed up I didn't get the option to pay for a cPanel license - I buy mine elsewhere.

You should have chosen a raw install and done it yourself!

You only get a trial --- I come away from Cpanel and went with plesk -- But i use ssh for most things

We are getting an invalid license error...

Is there anyway we can get this sorted out of hours as I really need to configure this box quite urgently tonight...

Is there no 24/7 support line for OVH?
