Hi everyone,

I have validated account since 2014.

I have an order that was paid on 08-10-2016 10:18:05.
Order number: 58653149

it was a standard server and it said delivered in 120 seconds

I have submitted a ticket and nothing. couple of hours after nearly and heard nothing about it.
I only need a time of when the server will be available so i can plan.

I submitted 2 tickets and an email to SYS but nothing back.

Is this normal for SYS to ignore customers.

Does anyone else know how to get in touch like a live chat or Skype support?
