Hello,
is this company alive ??
I send email to the Support at October 3, then i get the automatic E Mail back: "we did receive your report, and created the Ticket #ZPGQDXSVKF to reference it."
But nothing happened, nor answer nothing. So today I send the same EMail again and what I get back: "we did receive your report, and created the Ticket #ZPGQDXSVKF to reference it."
What is this ?? Looks like this is only a standard automatic EMail with no any meaning. So is this Company are making business or closed ??
