Well it's still advertised on the website. Some people might say that it's false advertising so perhaps it should be removed. I'm not fussed, just others who have paid might be.

It's an error. There is no support with the Kimsufi, only hardware guarantee.

I noticed that included with the Kimsufi servers is 15 minutes intervention each month. What exactly can we use this for?
