More than 24 hours still no one from OVH answer ticket.

HI. Based on my experience, as well as other forum users experience, if your ticket doesn't gets answered in one or two working days, try calling OVH; there, they may be able to help you faster than via ticket system.

I have issues with order then create ticket but no response from OVH:
- Ticket #242105141 for order #59799598 = OVH deduct my Paypal bigger than Invoice
- Ticket #8908429180 for order #59877822 = VAT issue

Please help to response and fix both Invoices.
