I can not connect to the Panel [I did not receive SMS]

Hello,
Can someone have a look on the issue for me? I tried to send email to customer support but they seem never reply my email.

Hello,
I cannot receive the SMS recently so it does not allow me to connect with the panel. What can I do to resend the SMS? Can I use email to get authentication code instead? This is my Customer ID: dh49769-sys.
Please help asap,
