I think your account is not updated with the new VM details. Please contact OVH support team through phone call and ask them to have look.
Hi,
I've just bought a VPS (VPS SSD 1), validated my account and received an email that my server is ready. I can SSH in, all OK.
Except, I cannot see the VPS in the manager.
Where should I see it? In the dedicated section?
In the billing section I seem to have no service. Nor in the assistance can I select anything. It really looks like my VPS is not existing, while it is running fine.
