Unable to reset password on Manager

Forgot login password for Manager.
Click to get a password reset email; enter correct email & click to continue.
Site says that email has been sent but it doesn't arrive.
The email is to my SYS server and the Postfix log shows the send attempt but it fails:

I don't get this problem with any other serve that I'm aware of.
Any ideas?
