Hello. Quick question, do you experience constant packet loss or random every now and then? I'm asking because I may be in your situation as well

I still have issues with my dedicated server in Strasbourg which is suffering packet loss after the network outage on the 6th Jan. Also waiting for credit as per SLA. I scheduled in the ticket with OVH for the network cable to be replaced last night and it hasn't been done.

Can admin (Neil) please check ticket #1602190227

I may phone up again later if the ticket hasn't been updated.
