locked out of a 2fa account

Write an email to support@ovh.ie or suppoer@ovh.co.uk, according to which site your account is registered. They will ask you for an ID, and will then disable 2FA in your account.

My phone got reset and the Google Authenticator app lost the OVH setup & none of my emergency codes are working. What's the procedure to access my account?
