I called ovh many many times and all thime time I heard that issue will b forwardred to billing team. But there is no respond from them. So I thought forum might help if some ovh stuff read this.

Issue one, I have a refund but they just donot reply for that. Ticket id : 7593355574

Issue two, I added credit to my account and made the payment but it is not added to my acount ticket id 7919158300

I really just can not find any reason why they donot reply... Please some ovh stuff solve these two issue about money only.
