Called the customer support , and they told me that i need to reverify my account .
Have sent an email to validation department , hopefully i can order sooner ,than later .

Hello SYS team and everyone , for some reason i am not able to order SYS servers .
Eventhough i have validated my SYS account and login to SYS control panel , but when i go to order a server , i am getting the following
"Customer account not valid"
My SYS nic is hs96585-sys .
Any help is really appreciated.
