Server : Windows 2012 Soyoustart Dedicated Server location : France
Hi my problem is that i have received an email wich says that there is a problem on my server due to a program configuration
so the first email came from the OVH Monitoring :

after that i receive the second email wich tolds me that there is a software configuration to correct from me
i received the winrescue login details specially i choosed vnc
1- i connected to the vnc and run the ActivINC then boot from harddrive result : Destination Host Unreachable
2- i deactivated the SRV firewall from the registry i got information from here https://docs.ovh.com/pages/releasevi...ageId=15270884 then netbooting from hardrive and the same problem again estination Host Unreachable
and when A technician from sys try to solve the problem i got on a email The server is started (request of 'login' to the screen) but inaccessible
By the network (no ping).

so please can someone help me to run again my server ?
