Based on your order time, I assume you made the order for the USB on the old server by accident?

Hi,

Yes, exactly. I can confirm that. I wrote to the support email and in the ticket system 5 mins after the order was placed and before it was delivered. Unfortunately no one saw it. Also, I placed the new order to the "correct" server straight way after the other order and wrote again to support just to make sure. But since I got no response I got kind of worried and now they delivered both orders. So yeah

Hi OVH / SoYouStart

I wanted to upgrade my server to faster one, so I bought a new server and kvm + a usb key to install it with.
Unfortunately when I ordered the usb key for the server it was assigned to the old server( instead of the new one) and now I spent over 36,25(usb key) + 36,25(usb key) + 31,25(kvm) euros, and wrote a ticket about it. The bad thing is that the kvm is only for 24 hours and since i still havent recived any resposnse from the support, I thought I would try here.

Would it be possible to take a look at the ticket? Thanks
