Oh, and this, the server is getting ddossed, tickets are being automatically raised for interventions, sometimes if the ddos is still ongoing, the technician does a cold reboot. This has happened multiple times.

But, I don't see how this is resolving anything

Hi, one of our dedicated servers has been getting ddossed since Sunday 5th February, about 10 times daily.
I've raised numerous support tickets since then, with Wireshark logs etc, none have been responded to.

Could someone please take a look at the ticket please 5057009
