Danny we're having similar issue on our account (yi1151-sys).
About 20 of our services are suddenly without any notification showing as expired in manager even though they were renewed via the renewal page as far as I am aware. There has been no email notification of any suspensions and they're still active so it looks like there has been an error somewhere.
Usually we just renew services via the following page..

If we happen to miss any we immediately get a suspension email and then we renew from that link. However on these occasions it looks like either they have been incorrectly shown as expired or they did not appear in the renew list or notify for expiration?
I have created a support ticket but if you're reading this could you expedite it being looked into please as I can not lose these servers over this error.
