If you are on windows can't you just go into disk management (inside computer management) and delete the partition, create new 1.

Strange thing happened the other day windows crashed while transfering stuff to the USB drive. Now the drive will only show 137GB
I am not worried about the stuff on the disk as I have backups of it.
I did a reinstall of the OS to cpanel but the USB disk is still showing only 137GB.
I contacted support but they just sent me here http://translate.google.co.uk/transl...hl=en&ie=UTF-8
But I can seem to get to allow me to sort the usb drive nack to it normal 500GB.
any help would be cool.
