What would the price be- £2 or £3?
Also, would you be able to register it as free when it runs out?
Otherwise you'd pay £4 for the 2 year period?

What happens to OVH when 75% of people who bought .uk's decide to ditch them at the second year? Uber-loss much?

P.S. Why do you refer to .co.uk as ".uk" ? Just quicker?

If I decide not to renew my domain through ovh after the first year, will I have to wait until the 2nd year is up before it expires, then making it able to registered again?

Do you think one of them companies will snap up the domain after it expires, thus making it not able to be registered? That has happened to a domain with my friend in the past.

Hope you understand

Incorrect

Ive just checked all my domains ive registered this year and they expire next year, which is one year.

For example this is what i see on one registered earlier in Sept.
Creation date: 2008-09-22
Expiry date: 2009-09-22

Thats right, its common knowledge that .uk domains need to be registered for 2 years at a time.

sounds good, I am guessing once the year is up you are required to renew at cost?

365 renewals could become quite expensive?

Can anyone confirm this?

thanks
