Hi

The usb disk does not work,it wont mount.
Ive gone into rescue mode to see the error,here is what it says...

Disk sdc (465.7 GB)
SMART state: ERROR

logs....

Smartctl: Device Read Identity Failed (not an ATA/ATAPI device)

A mandatory SMART command failed: exiting. To continue, add one or more '-T permissive' options.


Any idea how to fix this?
