Hello,

I've asked to the French support and I've been told that you have clicked on "annuler", which means "cancel" while in the order process. This is the reason why your order haven't gone through. Please recreate another order, as this now is cancelled.

Hi guys, I'm trying to order from OVH.com (from Canada (Quebec)) and I'm wondering why my payment won't go through.

I've been ordering from OVH for about 5 months now and I'm about to order another server but I'm getting the same error message.

I'm 100% sure I'm typing my CC in correctly.
