If you have already provided us with a copy of your documents, you won't be asked any more documents in the future to renew your server.

Yeah, I've never had to email them proof of ID, only their verification letter when I first created my account.
So long as you don't delete your account, I don't think you'll have to re-verify.

I've got a server with this company, the cheapest one offered. I have a question regarding billing:
If I don't renew my server and go without it for a while, if I decide I want one from here again and place an order, will I have to go through the (ridiculous) rigmarole of emailing a picture of my driver's license and a utility bill another time? Or will they have that on record and not require me to do it again?
