In special cases OVH may keep the server in a suspended state for longer than usual to give you time to get payment to keep it. This will save you trouble reconfiguring a new server or risk losing data.

If the sever is currently suspended, you have 5 days from the date of suspension to pay. If you don't pay within those 5 days, your server will be wiped and provided to somebody else.
