In special cases OVH may keep the server in a suspended state for longer than usual to give you time to get payment to keep it. This will save you trouble reconfiguring a new server or risk losing data.

If the sever is currently suspended, you have 5 days from the date of suspension to pay. If you don't pay within those 5 days, your server will be wiped and provided to somebody else.

Hi my server was supposed to be paid on the 5th but i didnt have time to put money in the bank to pay it, the server got suspended on the 7th Dec (2 days after it expired)

How long do i have before they completly suspend it and whipe all my data??
