Hi all, i got a server today through kimsufi/OVH

It has Ubuntu 8.04 Desktop (Hardy Heron) operating system

and i followed the guide to get Nomanger and installed as its says, but i can't log in, do i need to wait longer or i'm doing something wrong? this is text i get:
