Has write caching been enabled on the OVH server HDs?

Right click Hard Drives in device manager and select write caching.

Hi all

Yesterday i got my new OVH EG Max gbit server with 2x750gb HDDs in raid1.
The problem is that the performance of the HDDs ain't good enough, especially the write performance.
I also have a Kimsufi 4XL gbit server with single HDD and did some tests via ftp.
From kimsufi server the downspeed is 60+mb/s but from ovh server only 6-8mb/s.
Also did some HDD benchmarks on both servers. Here is the results:

Kimsufi 4XL single HDD (Hitachi HDP725025GLA380):

Ovh EG Max 2xHDD in raid1 (AMCC 8006-2 A0: Drv00 SCSI Disk Device):

Both servers are running windows server 64.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks
