Can you SSH into the server? I can from my OVH server, so the server is alive.

Have OVH put you into Rescue Mode?
Go into Manager put into HDD and issue restart.

Issue command : Service httpd restart
Do you get error?

Issue : shutdown -r now

Issue : df -h
Your disks maybe full causing issue.

Do you have a firewall enabled?

If none of the above then as Iand said wait for support.

You tried rebooting the server from your manager ? I had a problem like this but it was with plesk -- I rebooted and that fixed it
