thank for that i fixed the error it was not putting in the i.p addressse
You will need to login using ssh as root logins are disabled for ftp.
If your using windows on your home pc then you can download Putty for a command line client or for an Graphical FTP like experience you can download WinSCP, transfer the httpd.conf file to your pc and open it there (would recommend installing a decent text editor that supports unix line endings e.g. Editpad Lite to open the file).
Use your webmin (root) login to login via Putty or WinSCP.

um sadly i have never been able to get in the RPS root file though FTP i can't find what the password is.
Would it be the same as the main pass word to get in the webmin control panel?

Can you find out what line 1114 of /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf is please ?

When i press restart button on my VPS it doen't work and gives this error
Your Apache configuration is incorrect:
Syntax error on line 1114 of /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf: The address or port is invalid
