If a reboot of the server does not give you access to plesk.

You need to log in via ssh using putty.

Then enter these commands

/etc/rc.d/init.d/psa stopall

/etc/rc.d/init.d/psa start

this should now give you access to the plesk desktop.

hi there i have had a dedicated server for a few months now and in the last 2 days i hav lost plesk i cant accsess it at all not even thru manager i have not tried to update it or anything at all just got up one morning an it was gon

anyone got any sugestions for me plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Server name? Without supplying this you're anonymous and nobody can help you.

Did you try rebooting the server?
Does the server appear in the OVH Manager? If it doesn't its expired because you didn't pay for it when the renewal date approached.
