Use the "order" link on the left, under where it says "Order your Dedicated server"... not the "order" link on the right

It's probably because we drive on the left, and France on the right... or something

Usually a tracert to your server will reveal this information in the rDNS of the router before your server.

Hi,
Some links about your dedicated servers:

On our website, before you order, you can see how much dedicated
servers is availabled in 1 hour:
http://www.ovh.co.uk/products/dedicated_offers.xml
in the left menu, it's the number near the price, 3 for start100m.
there is no number for kimsufi. it's normal.

You can see if a dedicated server is in "production" state (and
will be racked soon):
http://www.ovh.co.uk/products/superplan2008.xml
1 hour: 1
72 hours: 18

The teams in the datacenters work 24 hours/24hours.

We monitore all servers in our datacentrers. If your server don't ping
anymore, we see it and we check it. you can check if we see it:
http://travaux.ovh.com/vms/
Datacentre n°1 Paris
http://travaux.ovh.com/vms/index_p19.html
Datacentre n°2 Roubaix
http://travaux.ovh.com/vms/index_rbx.html

You can see all the rack. If it's green, it mean there is no dedicated
server down. On the bottom you have the list of the server with the
downtime.

Our network:
http://weathermap.ovh.net/
You can traceroute your dedicated server and check if you are hosted
in our Paris's datacenter or Roubaix's datacenter. And see how works
your router:
http://weathermap.ovh.net/routers-p19
http://weathermap.ovh.net/roubaix

You have 1 ip with your dedicated server. With start100M and + you
have the ip fail-over: you can move the routing if IP-fail-over from
one server to an another and move all your sites in 1 minute !

Regards
Octave
