I installed that software *after* uploading to my backup FTP.
That must be why its been counted, the backup ftp counts as Wackamoo said .

Is ftpback9.ovh.net on the same network/subnet or in a different location?

Just to add ive uploaded 14GB to my FTP Backup, now if that counts towards my quota something is seriously wrong.

Can a member of OVH please clarify this please? and the previous question.

Thats what I thought Andy, so can someone explain to me why the inbound is being counted agaisnt my quota??

Network connection: 100Mbps
Monthly traffic: 5 TB per month
Reinitialise: 2009-02-19
Used this month: 17 GB
Remaining this month: 5 TB

Now im wondering, with the used this month figure being at 17GB, surely that should have taken the remaining month figure down as well, so you might be right andy, or perhaps the monitoring tools ovh use are slow or dont update properly?
But if I download another few gig and that then affects that figure, I will be right and all traffic will be counted, which i think is bad

Surely if its not counted then it SHOULDNT show in the Used this month field??

Is Inbound traffic (Internet to OVH) counted towards your allowance of 5TB.? or just outbound (OVH to Internet)

Many Thanks
