Thank you Neil. I have replied to the support reply stating that I cannot take my server offline and into rescue mode as its a production server and I can't afford the downtime. The 40 minutes downtime the other day hurt me as well, and corrupted one of my databases (luckily repaired). All I ask is that the USB drive is re-initialised (off and on again in lamens terms).
