I've just moved flats but I should have a BT welcome letter and invoice for my current address I can also take a scan picture of.

I placed order #13925 (sp21452-ovh) for a dedicated server a few days ago. Just wondering if the 72hr turn around time is a hard SLA or just a rough estimate? I suppose what I'm asking is when can I expect my server
