I've had servers go offline before and someone has automatically checked it - I've had some emails saying that an 'intervention has been scheduled' so that might be enough.
It was working fine this morning as I rebooted mine twice in 30 minutes. Perhaps you should call customer support before they close or you could be in for a long wait.

I've tried rebooting 3 servers today and none have come back online yet. Is there a problem with the reboot system? anyone else had this?
It could just be coincidence, hopefully they will be quick to check it.
